descriptions of our services, or refund your fee.
The fee covers our time, overhead and the cost of advertising, and is
therefore not refundable in the event our client sells their vehicle in
a venue that is not related to our services (such as by placing a For
Sale sign in the window), or without our personal involvement.
Our Marketing Services are designed to give you the best chance to
sell your vehicle quickly, by advertising in multiple locations, with
attractive,compelling advertisements. However, Easy Auto Source cannot
guarantee that your vehicle will be sold within the eight week
advertising period covered by our service. The sale of a vehicle is
dependent on many factors not under our control, including current local
market conditions, the economy, and the desirability of a vehicle to
current buyers at the time of ad placement.
