How much is our fee?

We charge a $99 refundable fee, payable with Visa or MasterCard.

Why do we charge a fee, when some other services offer free quotes?

We are much more than a free or "dealer quote" service, where the price you receive is not necessarily based on an existing vehicle, and may not be the best price in your area. We spend a minimum of two hours on the phone for each client, and in many cases several hours more, calling dealers all over the state if necessary to locate the exact vehicle you're looking for. Charging an upfront fee ensures that we will be compensated for our time and expertise. An advance fee also ensures that the time we spend is not wasted on those who are merely curious and not serious buyers.

Is the fee refundable?

Yes. We will refund the fee via check if our client closes a deal on a vehicle with the dealership we referred them to. We will mail the refund once the deal closes.

Then how do we make a profit?

We negotiate a referral fee from the selling dealership, that is paid to us after the deal closes.

Will you refund the upfront fee if you are unable to locate a vehicle that is acceptable to me?

No. The fee covers our time and overhead in working to find your vehicle. In fact, we actually end up spending more time on hard to find vehicles. What you have purchased is valuable, however: The knowledge that no one has your vehicle of choice, not to mention the time you've saved if you were to have tried to determine this yourself. You can then decide to special order your vehicle from the manufacturer at a wholesale price (we will help with this at no additional fee), or start thinking about alternative vehicles.
